Graduates with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics possess highly versatile skills that open doors to a wide range of career opportunities across both public and private sectors. Career prospects include, but are not limited to:

• Data Analyst: Applying statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret complex data for decision-making in business, healthcare, finance, and technology sectors.
• Statistician: Designing experiments and surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting results for organizations in healthcare, government, environmental science, and industry.
• Operations Research Analyst: Applying mathematical optimization techniques to help organizations solve logistical, strategic, and operational problems efficiently.
• Academic Researcher / University Lecturer: Pursuing advanced research in pure or applied mathematics, statistics, or interdisciplinary fields, and educating the next generation of scientists and professionals.
• Biostatistician: Working in public health, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare research to analyze biological data and inform health policy and clinical trials.
