- Reviewing the contract strategies for construction projects and investigating the appropriate contract forms and payment methods
- Producing tender and contract documents along with the ability to carry out estimation of costs and expenditures during all project stages
- Carrying out appraisal of tenders and negotiating with bidders
- Supervising construction projects and monitoring their progress
- Measuring the executed work, and certifying interim payments and final account
- Handling contract change orders and enhancing abilities in dealing with such changes during construction
- Advising clients on settling claims and disputes
- Handing over completed construction projects along with their designated maintenance and operational plans
