The Mechatronics Engineering Program at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Feyoum, is committed to providing the community with graduates who can apply the scientific and technical knowledge they have acquired to meet the needs of the community from engineers in this specialty effectively.

Program Mission

The program aims to provide high-quality engineering education that combines academic study with wide practical experience, preparing engineers for leadership in industry, business, and academic and government environments.

Program Objectives

• Apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering concepts to solve engineering problems.
• Design a system, component, and process to meet required needs within realistic constraints.
• Design and conduct experiments, as well as analyze and interpret data.
• Identify, formulate, and solve fundamental engineering problems.

Program Characteristics

• Study is based on a credit-hour system, where each course is assigned a number of credit hours, and weekly contact hours are distributed among lectures, exercises, labs, projects, etc.
• Various labs serve the program.
• An independent library for the program, in addition to a digital library and the college library.
• The Departments of Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering participate in supervising and managing the program's affairs.
