BSc Psychology Program

The BSc Psychology program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of psychology, including its theories, principles, and applications.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees for the BSc Psychology program are as follows:

• Category A: Egyptian Student - 280,000 EGP per year
• Category B: Egyptian Student - 290,000 EGP per year
• Category C: Egyptian Student - 300,000 EGP per year
• Standard Fees: Egyptian Student - 330,000 EGP per year
• International Students: 13,500 GBP per year

Payment Terms

• Tuition fees can be paid over two installments.
• The deadline for paying tuition fees for returning students is:
  • 15th of August for the first installment
  • 31st of December for the second installment
• A 5% penalty will be incurred on the remaining unsettled fees if payment is made after the deadline.
• In case of any unsettled fees, all enrollment certificates and requested documents will be put on hold until all payments are settled.
• If fees are still unsettled after 3 weeks from the payment deadline, the student will be withdrawn from the University.

Miscellaneous Fees

The following miscellaneous fees apply:

• Non-academic fees: 15,000 EGP / 500 GBP
• Lab fees: 12,500 EGP / 500 GBP
• Lab fees (business): 7,500 EGP / 250 GBP
• Application fees: 1,500 EGP
• Deposit fees (to be deducted from tuition fees): 40,000 EGP / 1,350 GBP
• Lab fees insurance (refundable at the end of graduation if no damage occurs): 10,000 EGP / 250 GBP
• Transfer fees from another university: 10,000 EGP / 250 GBP
• Referral exam: 5,000 EGP / 200 GBP
• Enrollment/Certificate/Official Transcript/Official Document: 1,000 EGP for national students and 25 GBP for international students
• Placement Referral Fees:
  • MPharm: 15,000 EGP / 500 GBP for international students per round
  • Physiotherapy: 10,000 EGP / 400 GBP for international students per round

Terms and Conditions

• Tuition fees' categories (Category A, B, and C) are based on academic performance.
• Tuition fees are subject to an annual increase of up to 15%.
• Non-academic fees and lab fees are subject to annual review.
• Fees for module retake are calculated based on multiplying the number of credits by the charge of credit per hour.
• Students who are admitted to the university and awarded a merit scholarship shall maintain the same category of tuition fees upon completing 120 credits and achieving a minimum cumulative GPA of 4.0/4.5 at the end of the respective academic year.
• Students who received forced suspension decision as a result of academic misconduct or non-academic misconduct will not be exempted from paying their financial dues for the whole academic year regardless of the period of the forced suspension.

Payment Methods

Available payment options include:

• On Campus: Cash, certified cheque, credit card
• Credits: Bank deposit, bank transfer

Transportation Subscription Policy

• Subscription deadline: 20 September 2025
• Payment terms: The transportation fee is a one-time annual subscription, which can be paid in two installments (60% as the first installment and 40% as the second installment).
• Refund policy: Transportation fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the service is used or not.
• Coverage: The subscription covers the regular academic year only and does not include referral/deferral examination periods.
• A 10% sibling discount will be applied to one of the siblings (the second sibling).
