Admission Requirements

Admission requirements for the academic year 2025 are as follows:

• Thanaweya Amma: Minimum Requirement - 53% + Artwork Portfolio, IELTS - 4.5, TOEFL - 34, PTE Academic - 23, Duolingo - Minimum of 65
• IGCSE: Minimum Requirement - 5 OL subjects or 5 OL subjects and one AS/AL or 8 OL subjects, grades from A to C, IELTS - 4.5, TOEFL - 34, PTE Academic - 23, Duolingo - Minimum of 65
• American Diploma: Minimum Requirement - GPA 2.0 in 8 subjects, Minimum grade (A to C) Year 11 + Year 12, IELTS - 4.5, TOEFL - 34, PTE Academic - 23, Duolingo - Minimum of 65
• Canadian Diploma: Minimum Requirement - Overall score of 60% (A to C), IELTS - 4.5, TOEFL - 34, PTE Academic - 23, Duolingo - Minimum of 65
• French Baccalaureate: Minimum Requirement - 7 subjects overall score 10/20, IELTS - 4.5, TOEFL - 34, PTE Academic - 23, Duolingo - Minimum of 65
• German Abitur: Minimum Requirement - Minimum average of 4, IELTS - 4.5, TOEFL - 34, PTE Academic - 23, Duolingo - Minimum of 65
• IB: Minimum Requirement - Pass IB (24 points) in 6 subjects, IELTS - 4.5, TOEFL - 34, PTE Academic - 23, Duolingo - Minimum of 65
• Other Certificates: Minimum Requirement - 70%, IELTS - 4.5, TOEFL - 34, PTE Academic - 23, Duolingo - Minimum of 65

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are as follows:

• Category A: Egyptian Student - 280,000 EGP - Per Year
• Category B: Egyptian Student - 290,000 EGP - Per Year
• Category C: Egyptian Student - 300,000 EGP - Per Year
• Standard Fees: Egyptian Student - 330,000 EGP - Per Year, International Students - 13,500 GBP - Per Year

Scholarship

Scholarships are available for all programs.

• Future Leaders scholarship: 50-100% of first-year tuition fee based on discretion
• Sports scholarship: 50-100% of first-year tuition fee based on discretion
• Sibling discount: 10% of first-year tuition fee
• Merit Scholarship: 50% scholarship for highly distinguished students, maintained with a minimum cum GPA of 4.25
• STEM Scholarship: awarded similar to the above-mentioned criteria
• Direct Entry Scholarship: program-specific scholarships
• Faculty and staff siblings: 20% discount of the required fee after the deduction of all other scholarships
• Sporting Excellence Scholarship: awarded to students with a sporting excellence certificate

English Language Requirements

English language requirements are as follows:

• IELTS: Overall scores of 6.5 and a minimum of 5.5 in each band
• TOEFL: 87
• PTE Academic: 51 and a minimum of 42 in each band

Refund Policy

The refund policy is as follows:

• Withdrawal before start of classes, total fees may be refunded excluding 30,000 EGP
• After the start of classes, no refund is approved
• Students who were awarded a merit scholarship and request withdrawal after one or more semesters of enrollment, the withdrawal policy applies to them
• Fees paid to cover the student tuition may not be transferred to another student (sibling or else)

How to Apply

The application process is as follows:

1. Create an account on the university website
2. Fill out the application form
3. Pay the application fee
4. Submit required documents
5. Receive a notification with the application ID number
6. Receive a provisional acceptance
7. Pay a down payment to secure the place
8. Submit all required documents (original copies) to the admissions office
9. Receive a final acceptance email
10. Pay the rest of the required amount

Required Documents

Required documents are as follows:

• Official transcript of the high school certificate
• Recent IELTS (Academic) or PTE (Academic) or TOEFL or Duolingo scores
• Photo copy of National ID card or Passport
• Official Birth Certificate
• A proof of 12 years of schooling for international certificates
• 4 passport-sized photographs
• Evidence of military status (for males only)
