- STEM Scholarship: awarded similar to the merit scholarship, but with a 10% addition to the Thanawya Amma score.

- English Language Requirements: students with IELTS scores below 4, TOEFL scores of 30-31, or PTE scores of 23 are eligible to register for the English Enhancement Course (EEC).
English Enhancement Course (EEC)
The EEC is a condensed English course that lasts for one or two semesters, with a total of 336 hours. The course caters to the basics of General English and addresses all four skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening. The course costs 50,000 EGP per semester.
Refund Policy
The refund policy for the University of Hertfordshire in Egypt is as follows:
- Application fee: 1,500 EGP, non-refundable.
- Early bird deposit: non-refundable, except in cases where the student's academic qualifications do not meet the minimum requirements.
- Tuition fees: refundable, except for a 30,000 EGP deduction, if the student withdraws before the start of classes.
- Fees paid to cover student tuition: not transferable to another student.
- Deposit paid by a student who did not enroll: transferable to the next session for the same student.
