Reciprocal Education Program (Restaurants' Management and Operation)

The Reciprocal Education Program aims to provide an opportunity for those who want to specialize in one of the hospitality industry fields (restaurant management) and for those who would like to change their career path.


Program Structure

The program is divided into four levels throughout four years of studying, and each level is divided into two semesters. The student gets a diploma after passing the first and second levels, and a bachelor's degree in the management and operation of restaurants is awarded after successfully passing the third and fourth levels.

Admission Requirements

Applicants seeking admission to the Reciprocal Education Program must hold one of the following academic qualifications:


  • A General Secondary Education Certificate, or
  • A Technical Diploma Certificate of either three-year or five-year duration In addition to the academic requirements, applicants must successfully complete a formal interview process. This interview is conducted jointly by a faculty representative from the program and a representative from the participating company selected by the applicant. The interview is designed to evaluate the candidate's communication skills, professional motivation, commitment to the hospitality industry, and overall readiness to meet the demands of both the academic and practical components of the program.
