Training Programs

The university's Training Unit offers various training programs, such as the Bioinformatics training program.

Bioinformatics Training Program

The Bioinformatics training program is a level III program that focuses on working with a single DAN sequence. The program consists of 8 hours of training and is designed to qualify students and graduates in Bioinformatics techniques. The program covers the following topics:

• Sequence polymerization techniques
• Analysis of DNA composition
• Gene Sequencing Analysis by Gene Mark Program
• Genome Scan Sequence by Genome Scan The program is instructed by Dr. Ahmed Mansour Al-Zuhairi, Professor and Head of Genetics Department, and coordinated by Dr. Mohamed Hassan Abdel Aziz, Assistant Professor, Genetics Department.
