Target Groups for the FDTC

The FDTC is targeted towards:

• Graduate students: The Supreme Council of Universities has made the FDTC a mandatory requirement for graduate students.
• Faculty members: Faculty members are required to complete three FDTC programs as part of their professional development.
• Administrative staff: The FDTC is also open to administrative staff who wish to enhance their digital skills.

Program Structure and Cost

The FDTC consists of seven programs, including five compulsory and two elective programs. The total cost of the program is 840 Egyptian pounds, which includes training, exams, and certification.

Program Details

• Duration: The program consists of 14 training days, with a total of 70 training hours.
• Language: The program is available in both Arabic and English.
• Passing Grade: The passing grade for each program is 70%.
• Certificate Validity: The certificate is valid for five years and can be renewed after passing a new exam.

Exemptions

Students from the Faculty of Computers and Information, as well as students from the Department of Computer Engineering, are exempt from the FDTC requirement.

Training and Examination

The training and examination are conducted by the Consultation and Research Center at Sadat Academy for Management Sciences, under the supervision of the Central Unit for Training on Information Technology at the Supreme Council of Universities.

Certificate Awarding

The certificate is awarded to students who successfully complete the seven programs, with a minimum of five compulsory programs and two elective programs.
