Leadership and Influence Program

A training program for faculty members and candidates for college deanships at Benha University. The program aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills related to university leadership.

• The program is three days long, with six hours of training per day.
• The first day covers strategic planning and institutional development in education, student affairs, graduate studies, community service, environmental development, and international relations.
• The second day covers financial and administrative aspects of universities, legal aspects, and other related topics.
• The third day covers national issues, corruption, crisis management, and risk management, as well as topics related to university capacity development.
