Course: Principles of HACCP System and Its Applications for Food Safety
The Central Laboratory at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Benha University, organizes a course titled "Principles of HACCP System and Its Applications for Food Safety." The course is lectured by international food safety experts, including Professor Saad Mahmoud Saad, Professor of Food Control at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Director of Quality Projects at Benha University, and Professor Mohamed Ahmed Hassan, Professor of Food Control and Director of the Food Analysis Laboratory at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Benha University. The course takes place from September 4, 2016, to September 6, 2016, with a registration fee of 600 Egyptian pounds. The HACCP system is relevant to all workers in the health colleges, some departments like dairy and food sciences in the faculties of agriculture, kindergarten, specific education, and home economics, as well as workers in food service sectors in hospitals, universities, schools, and cafeterias, in addition to the food industry, supply, storage, preservation, distribution, display, and sale of food.
