Program Highlights

Emphasizing human-centered design that merges function and identity, students are introduced to a wide range of interior typologies, including residential, commercial, institutional, and more, while exploring materials, construction detailing, and technical drawing. Through advanced design software and digital tools, students learn to present and realize their ideas using contemporary visualization and production methods. The curriculum is enriched with studies in art history, design theory, and cultural heritage, enabling students to embed ethical, cultural, and aesthetic values in their work. The program encourages innovation, critical thinking, and creative expression, while fostering a deep understanding of how interior architecture can enhance well-being and reflect identity in both local and global contexts.

Skill Development

Graduates can pursue careers in interior architecture and design across residential, educational, commercial, and administrative spaces. They may also specialize in furniture design, exhibition and retail design, or work as consultants in spatial planning and human-centered environments. Opportunities include roles in design studios, architecture firms, cultural institutions, and freelance practice.

1. Interior Architect or Designer involved in commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional projects, including spatial planning and branded environments.
2. Furniture and Fixture Designer or Spatial Identity Consultant, developing bespoke solutions that integrate functional design with corporate or cultural narratives.
3. Design Development Coordinator or Site Supervisor, managing execution phases, construction coordination, and interior fit-out implementation.
4. Academic or Independent Design Professional, engaging in teaching, research, or freelance consultancy across multidisciplinary interior and architectural contexts.
5. Cultural and Artistic Event Designer, contributing to festivals, exhibitions, and interdisciplinary performance spaces.

Admission Requirements

Academic Prerequisites include:

• Egyptian Thanaweya Amma: Any track – علمي علوم / علمي رياضه / أدبي.
• American Diploma: 8 subjects including English + 7 approved subjects + SAT/ACT/EST.
• Canadian Diploma: 8 subjects from Grades 11 & 12 including English + 7 approved subjects.
• French Baccalaureate: 7 subjects with Math in the terminal year.
• IGCSE: 8 O-Level subjects including English + 7 approved subjects.
• International Baccalaureate: 6 subjects including English + Theory of Knowledge & Extended Essay.
• Nile Certificate (CNISE): 7 L1 subjects including Arabic, English, and Math.
• Abitur: 7 subjects including English + 6 approved subjects.
• Arab's Thanaweya: Any track – علمي علوم / علمي رياضه / أدبي + Qudrat or transcripts.
