The program in question is the English Translation program, which is a four-year program based on a point system.

Admission Criteria

• The program is open to students who are enrolled in the College of Arts at Sohag University, and the college administration is responsible for distributing students according to the conditions and regulations set by the council of new programs at the university.
• Students who have failed or been transferred from other colleges to the College of Arts are allowed to join the new programs.
• Students who have failed in different departments of the college and have the right to repeat or transfer to other departments are allowed to join the new programs.
• Graduates who have obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the College of Arts and Education, first class, can be accepted into the program. However, the student is not exempt from studying any course they have previously studied.

Program Requirements

• The total number of hours required to graduate from the program is 128.
• The tuition fees for the program are 150 pounds per hour/credit.
