Training Program for Administrative Efficiency

A field training program was conducted to enhance the efficiency of the administrative apparatus at the Faculty of Computers and Information, Suez Canal University. The program aimed to explain financial, storage, and administrative aspects according to regulations and laws governing these areas. It targeted 13 administrative staff members and was presented by Mr. Fathi Mohamed Sayed Ali, Director General of the Internal Audit and Governance Department.

The program covered financial works, including collection, permanent and temporary advances, and procurement, in light of the financial regulations and laws. It also included practical explanations of storage works, dealing with personal custody, and mechanisms for disbursement and addition of received, consumed, or permanent items, according to the government storage regulations.

The session concluded with a wide interaction from the participants, who posed several questions and inquiries that reflected their professional awareness and eagerness to improve their job performance. The program was organized under the supervision of the university's vice president for community service and environmental development and the dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information.
