2. Operational Planning (24 hours)

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and its impact on business stability and growth. Participants will explore demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and resource management, gaining hands-on experience in balancing supply and demand, evaluating business resources, and resolving operational challenges.


3. Inventory Management (24 hours)

This course delves into inventory evaluation methods, forecasting techniques, and cost analysis, enabling participants to make informed decisions regarding procurement, holding, and disposal of inventory. Participants will explore the role of technology in transforming inventory management practices and develop the skills to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
