Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree accepted by The Ministry of Education (MOE) in a related field.
  • Academic Performance: Minimum GPA: A "Good" grade or equivalent in the undergraduate degree.
  • English Proficiency: Students who have graduated from English-speaking countries or have graduated previously from Alfaisal University are not required to provide a language proficiency test. Otherwise, it is a mandatory requirement.
    • IELTS (Academic): 5.5 or higher
    • TOEFL iBT: 65 or higher
    • STEP: 80 or higher
  • Letter of Recommendation: From a professor or workplace supervisor.
  • Interview: An interview may be requested as part of the application process.

Scholarships Available

Alfaisal University provides a thesis scholarship of up to 50% for thesis programs only. To be eligible, students must fulfill the following requirements:


  • Cumulative GPA (3.00 out of 4.00 and above) by the end of the first academic year.
  • Full payment of the total tuition fees (100,000 SAR) by the end of the first academic year.
