The College of Law and International Relations offers a course titled GPP 450: Policy Making Process. This course aims to familiarize students with the public policy process, equipping them with analytical frameworks and practical tools to improve their engagement with the process.

  • Description: The course is designed to help students understand the complex moving parts of the policy and implementation system/subsystem. It is divided into three components:
    • The first component equips students with terminology and frameworks to make sense of the policy system.
    • The second component focuses on three different levels of the policy ecosystem: policy fields, organizations, and frontlines.
    • The third component concludes with an exploration of policy analysis and policy learning.
