Training and Development
The Faculty's Training and Development Unit organized an intensive training course entitled "Leadership and Communication Skills." The course took place from November 9th to 11th, with active participation and significant engagement from administrative staff.
Course Details
- The course was part of the Faculty's comprehensive institutional development program, which aims to create a professional work environment, enhance quality standards, and support the Faculty's plans to empower its employees and equip them with the skills required by modern work practices.
- Over three days, the course featured enriching training materials and specialized lectures.
- Day 1: Professor Dr. Gamal Mohamed Ali delivered a lecture entitled "Leadership and Human Relations," discussing the principles of effective leadership.
- Day 2: Dr. Asmaa Abdel Rahman presented a lecture on "Communication and Interpersonal Skills," explaining that effective communication is the cornerstone of success for any organization striving for growth and development.
- Day 3: The course concluded with a lecture by Professor Dr. Emad Samir, who addressed "Developing the Mental Health of Employees" and its relationship to managing work stress and burnout.
Participation and Outcome
- Seventy-two trainees from various departments participated in the course, reflecting the employees' commitment to self-development and professional growth.
- At the end of the final day, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the participants in a positive atmosphere that underscored the success of the events and their achievement of their objectives.
