Program Overview

The Doctoral Program requires applicants to hold a Master's degree in the same field from an Egyptian university or an equivalent institution recognized by the university.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the Doctoral Program, applicants must:

• Hold a Master's degree in the same field from an Egyptian university or an equivalent institution recognized by the university
• Submit a distinguished research paper in the materials approved by the university council, upon nomination from the relevant departments
• Conduct research and study for approximately two years
• Reside in the Arab Republic of Egypt for at least one year before submitting the thesis to the examination council, after registering for the degree

Application Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• Birth certificate or an original copy thereof
• Six 4×6 personal photos
• A copy of the personal identification card
• Approval from the applicant's workplace to pursue higher studies
• If the applicant is a government employee, they must obtain a permit from their workplace allowing them sufficient time for study (in accordance with university regulations and the law)
• Military service certificate (deferred, temporary exemption, or final exemption)
• Approval from the Armed Forces in the case of enlisted students

Thesis Requirements

Applicants must submit their research results in the thesis, which must be approved by the examination council after discussion.
