The Student Fellowship Program aims to empower participants by acquiring leadership and personal skills that contribute to enhancing their performance in various work environments. This is achieved through a set of interactive training and guidance units (in synchronous and asynchronous modes) that enhance their capabilities to achieve professional and personal success.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
