The Student Fellowship Program aims to empower participants by acquiring leadership and personal skills that contribute to enhancing their performance in various work environments. This is achieved through a set of interactive training and guidance units (in synchronous and asynchronous modes) that enhance their capabilities to achieve professional and personal success.

Program Objectives

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

• Acquire three competencies: (1) learning and inference, (2) self-awareness and personal behavior, and (3) communication and interaction with others.
• Develop self-understanding and enhance positive personal contributions to society and the world.
• Benefit from specialized guidance sessions provided by talent development experts.

• Evaluate their leadership and skill capabilities.
