Requirements

1. The applicant must be a Saudi citizen or on a official scholarship for higher education if not a Saudi citizen.
2. The applicant must have obtained a university degree from a Saudi university or another recognized university.
3. The applicant must have obtained the degree through the regular full-time system.
4. The applicant must have obtained a grade of "very good" or higher in the Bachelor's stage.
5. The applicant must be of good conduct and behavior, and medically fit.
6. The applicant must have obtained two academic recommendations from professors who have previously taught them.
7. The applicant's employer must approve their study if they are an employee.
