The BSc in Accounting and Finance program provides a comprehensive view of financial management, opening doors to a wide variety of career prospects. The program focuses on teaching accounting and financial theories, and applied concepts needed to interact with executives and workers in the local market. It also provides the knowledge and skills to integrate business administration with management accounting, cost accounting, financial management, and auditing.

Program Goals

The program aims to provide students with:

• In-depth knowledge of scientific theories, methods, principles, standards, and advanced accounting and financial processes
• Advanced knowledge of underlying accounting, and the ability to use this knowledge in new settings within accounting and finance
• The ability to synthesize financial and other accounting information by preparing financial statements that fairly reflect economic events
• The ability to describe, explain, and integrate fundamental concepts underlying accounting, finance, management, marketing, and economics
• The ability to work in small interdisciplinary groups on accounting and finance firms
• The ability to identify and argue their own position from a financial perspective
• Competency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and processing financial transactions throughout the accounting cycle

Admission Requirements

• High school score: 65% & Above
• Mandatory Qualifications:
  • The Certificate Equivalency Letter from the Ministry of Education must be provided in case the student obtained a high school certificate from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The student must pass the English placement test and any other tests determined by the college as one of the admission requirements.
  • The student must not be registered in another university or college.
  • The student must be medically fit.
