The Advanced Program for Outstanding Government Performance is a specially designed program for promising leaders and cadres in government agencies. The program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to deal with contemporary challenges in government work and enhance their performance.
Program Objectives
The program objectives include:
- Enhancing the practical ability of participants to apply best practices in developing and implementing public policies
- Introducing the importance of artificial intelligence strategy and its alignment with global indicators and the 2030 vision
- Identifying values, concepts, and key tools and resources for artificial intelligence compatible with government agencies
- Enhancing strategic thinking and action in the face of complexity and uncertainty through future directions
- Understanding the relationship between forecasting and planning
- Presenting a methodology for converting values from slogans and words to daily leadership practices
- Reviewing the role of values in leadership behavior with the deepest impact
- Discussing the most common global values among leaders

The program schedule includes:
- Day 1: Public Policy Making - Dr. Abdulaziz Astiteh

- Day 3: Value-Based Leadership (Institutional Culture) - Dr. Ahmed Al-Maliki

Program Methodology
The program is highly interactive, focusing on the actual needs of the Saudi government sector, international best practices, and the latest performance measures and technological integration. The program uses case studies, simulations, and real scenario analysis to increase competency development and verify the applicability of ideas.
Target Audience
The program targets promising leaders and cadres in government agencies with more than seven years of experience. A selection committee from the Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship reviews applications to assess eligibility.
Program Investment
The program investment is $3,945, with discounts available for early registration and group bookings. The fee includes a 15% VAT but excludes accommodation and flight tickets.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, participants must notify the Executive Education department at the Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship. The cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 30 days before the program start: full refund
- 20-30 days before the program start: 75% refund
- 7-20 days before the program start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the program start: no refund
