Introduction to the Advanced Government Performance Program

The Advanced Government Performance Program is a specially designed program for promising leaders and cadres in government agencies. The program is presented by a selection of the most prominent professors and experts in public administration in the Arab and Islamic world.

To enable the Kingdom to achieve its vision, it was necessary to focus on the human element, which is the main driver for achieving the Kingdom's aspirations. The development of a cadre of promising leaders to manage the transformation process and follow up on the implementation of vision directives is crucial for the success of achieving the vision.

Program Objectives

The Advanced Government Performance Program aims to:

• Equip promising leaders with the necessary skills to deal with modern government challenges
• Enhance institutional performance and contribute to supporting government performance
• Provide participants with the opportunity to learn from the best international and regional practices in government administration

The program consists of six days of intensive training, covering various topics such as:

• Future forecasting and scenario analysis

Program Admission Criteria

The program is open to all leaders with more than 7 years of experience in the government sector. A selection committee from the Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship will review applications to assess eligibility for the program.

Tuition Fees

The program fees are as follows:

• Full program: $3,550 before October 15, $3,750 after October 15
• Conference only: $450 before October 15, $550 after October 15
