• Day 2: The Integrated System of Public Policy-Making, including the stages of policy development, implementation, and evaluation
• Day 3: The Cost-Benefit Methodology and its application in choosing between policy alternatives

About the Instructor

Dr. Abela Abdel Latif is the Executive Director and Director of Research at the Egyptian Center for Economic Studies (ECES), a think tank that aims to develop public policies through scientific research. She is also the Chair of the Specialized Council for Economic Development, affiliated with the Presidency of the Republic. Dr. Abdel Latif holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo, and Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled more than 30 days before the program start date, 75% refund if cancelled between 30 and 20 days, 50% refund if cancelled between 20 and 7 days, and no refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the program start date.
