The program is designed to support the Kingdom's vision of building a promising future by adopting best global practices for government administration. This requires a new approach to managing government agencies, focusing on performance measurement, strategic partnerships with the private sector, and digital transformation. To achieve this vision, the program aims to develop a cadre of promising leaders who can drive the transformation process and manage change.

Target Audience

It also welcomes pioneers with more than 7 years of experience in the government field. A selection committee from the MILE institute reviews applications to assess eligibility.

Program Methodology

The program is highly interactive, focusing on the real needs of the Saudi government sector, international and regional best practices, and the latest performance measures and technological integration that concern government sector efficiency. It is designed to enable participants to properly absorb the necessary skills and experiences for the success of the government sector and to make more informed and economically viable strategic decisions. Case studies, simulations, and realistic scenario studies are used to increase efficiency development and verify the applicability of ideas.
