Career Craft Program

The "Career Craft Program" is thoughtfully designed to guide students on a profound journey of self-discovery, helping them choose a major that aligns with their personality. Through this program, students will define their career path by identifying fields in which they can excel. It offers numerous opportunities to uncover hidden potential, explore future career prospects, and equip students with the strategies needed to develop them.

Program Structure

The program is comprised of three stages:

• Self-Discovery and Major Selection Stage: This stage is conducted through a specialized workshop to explore students' personalities using global personality analysis tools and a well-studied methodology to identify the majors that best align with their personalities.
• Career Field Identification Stage: After determining a suitable major, this stage involves identifying the career field and path based on market exploration and aligning personality preferences with the most suitable path.
• Career Planning: This stage is conducted through a personal session in which comprehensive development and career readiness goals are established.

Program Mechanism

The program mechanism is conducted at the beginning of each new academic term through interactive workshops, followed by personalized counseling sessions.
