Introduction to the Major of Finance
The Major of Finance at the University of Business and Technology is the first program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to be accredited by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). This comprehensive program offers students a wide range of financial knowledge and skills, essential for success in today's dynamic business environment.

The Finance program at the College of Business Administration (CBA) is designed to meet the demands of the global market, led by a qualified and experienced faculty. The program utilizes cutting-edge financial data technologies, such as Bloomberg, to provide students with practical skills required by the global job market. By joining the program, students will have access to advanced finance techniques and knowledge, enabling them to enhance their finance skills and knowledge.

The vision of the Finance program is to develop students' analytical and problem-solving skills in finance, preparing them for successful careers in various industries. The mission is to provide students with the necessary knowledge and expertise in finance, preparing them for successful careers in the finance industry and graduate studies.
Program Requirements
The program consists of non-credited courses and English courses aimed at improving students' language proficiency before they begin their undergraduate studies. The program also develops and improves students' knowledge of mathematical and analytical techniques through the medium of the English language.

- Language Levels (English Language Academy "ELA")
- Pre-Calculus (depending on the placement test)
- English Language Level 1
- Academic English Level 2
- Academic English Level 3
- Academic English Level 4
Exemptions
Students may seek course exemptions at the English Language Academy (ELA) by submitting one of the following options:
- TOEFL iBT result of 75/120
- IELTS result of 5/9
- Passing the ELA placement test with a very high score (100/120)
