Introduction to the Dental Program
The dental program is designed to prepare graduates to participate in the current and future healthcare needs of the Kingdom. The program aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and values to become competent dentists.

Program Objectives
The program has several objectives, including:
- Preparing specialized dentists with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide advanced medical care.

Program Structure
The program consists of three main departments:
- Department of Basic Sciences: provides the first year of general and medical basic materials in the student's university life, as well as some materials distributed over more than one level during the years of study.
- Department of Dental Restoration: supervises the materials of specialization in dentistry.
- Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery: supervises the materials of specialization in dentistry.
Degree and Duration
The program awards a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree and lasts for six years, with a total of 200 credited hours. The program includes a unified year for all students, five years of study in basic sciences and dentistry, and a one-year internship.

- Government and private hospitals
- Primary health care centers
- Private dental clinics
Language of Study
The language of study for the program is Arabic, with some materials taught in English.

Graduation Requirements
To graduate from the program, students must complete the required 200 credited hours, with a minimum overall grade of "pass". The program also includes a one-year internship, which is a mandatory part of the program.
Internship Program
The internship program is a 12-month training program for dental graduates, which aims to:

- Activate the social and environmental service role of the college
Certificate
After completing the internship program, students are awarded a certificate of completion.
