Master of Human Resource Management

Program Overview

The Master of Human Resource Management program is designed to develop in-depth knowledge and advanced skills necessary to create human resources leaders and specialists. The program seeks to develop students' knowledge in foundational human resource theories and frameworks and enhance their ability to evaluate relevant problems, develop creative strategies and solutions, and drive the success of their organization.

Program Structure

• The program is a cohort-based, one and a half year program that covers 8 different subjects, each designed with industry needs in mind.
• An Integrative Industry Project is the capstone of this degree, allowing candidates to apply the knowledge gained during the program.

Admission Requirements

• A recognized Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or science
• GPA of 2.5+ out of 4.0 or equivalent
• IELTS score of 6+ or TOEFL of 70+ (waived for KFUPM graduates)
• Two recommendation letters
• Non-refundable processing fee of SR100

Program Details

• The program is a 30-credit hour program, spread over three semesters (two full semesters and one summer).
• Classes are held daily from Sundays to Wednesdays, 5:20 PM till 9:30 PM.
• The program is open to both genders.
