About Elevate

Elevate is an on-the-job training program designed by KAUST for recent Saudi university graduates to prepare them for the job market. Aligned with Vision 2030, KAUST recognizes that empowering and developing the next generation of promising young Saudis represents a vital national need.

Training Journey

The training journey consists of three stages:

• Make the most out of your LinkedIn Profile
• Get exposed to external organizations

General Qualifications

To qualify for the first stage of the recruitment process, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Recent Saudi Graduates: Graduated between 2023 and 2025
• Work Experience: Maximum of 1 year
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree required
• Age: Up to 27 years old
• Academic Performance:
  • For All Tracks: graduated with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4/4 - 4.25/5
  • For Education Track: graduated with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4 - 4.5/5
• Language Skills: Fluent in English
• Application Materials: A professional English resume is required
• Additional Requirements: Specific qualifications may vary depending on the chosen stream

Recruitment Stages

The recruitment stages vary depending on the track:

All Tracks Recruitment Stages (Except Education Track)

• Application Submission: The form includes general information required and submission of relevant documents (Application open: 9 April 19 April)
• Video Submission: Qualified applicants will be required to submit a video to introduce themselves and answer some questions
• Online Screening: Recruiters will assess video submission and invite applicants to conduct an online Zoom interview
• Invitation for Interview: A full day at KAUST to conduct a presentation in front of the panel and tour of the campus (Week of June 29)
• Onboarding: Accepted applicants will receive directions on the relocation and onboarding process (Week of August 24)

Education Track Recruitment Stages

• Application Submission: The form includes general information required and submission of relevant documents (Application open: 9 April 19 April)
• Video and Writing Sample Submission: Qualified applicants will be required to submit a video to introduce themselves and answer some questions, and submit a writing sample
• Recruitment Review of Applications: Recruiters will assess the submission form with the department managers
• Invitation for Virtual Interview: A Zoom panel interview with the school representatives (Week of 4 May)
• A Day as an Elevate Education Trainee: An opportunity to explore a day of an Elevate Education trainee at the KAUST Schools (Week of 18 May)
• Onboarding: Accepted applicants will receive directions on the relocation and onboarding process (Week of July 13)
