Program Overview

The Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Studies (Geography) is a postgraduate program offered by the College of Languages and Humanities at Qassim University. The program aims to prepare students to address geographical and environmental problems, meet the needs of the job market, and contribute to the development of local and global resources.

Admission Requirements

  • The program is open to students with a Master's degree in Geography.
  • Admission is not available for students from outside the specialization.
  • The program requires a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75 (on a 5-point scale), 2.75 (on a 4-point scale), or 80 (on a 100-point scale).
  • The admission process involves a 50% evaluation of the cumulative GPA and 50% of the university's aptitude test.

The program consists of 46 credits, including:
