The Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) program at Jouf University is a crucial program in the College of Medicine. Course Descriptions

• CMD214 - Professional Skills - 1: This course extends longitudinally throughout the first-year curriculum and is coordinated with the blocks and learning problems. It provides students with clinical skills experience, including simple skills, and emphasizes the importance of understanding patient interactions and assessments in the clinical environment.
• HIC211 - Health and Disease in the Community 1: This course is essential for students to understand health and its determinants, as well as the factors responsible for disease, in order to comprehend the philosophy of comprehensive and integrated care through primary health care. Recognizing the health system in Saudi Arabia is crucial, as is training in the actual health system, especially in primary health care centers.
• CMD222 - Musculoskeletal System: This course covers the musculoskeletal system, including its structure, function, and common disorders.
• CMD221 - Principles of Pathology: This course provides students with a strong understanding of the basics of pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, biochemistry, and molecular biology.
• CMD213 - Human and Environment/Metabolism: This course covers human environment and metabolism, including the internal environment and external environmental factors that affect human health.
