The Interior Design Engineering program is designed to meet the needs of the job market for professional engineers and to enhance professional life in order to update the community.


Program Objectives

The program aims to:

Admission Requirements

To apply for the College of Engineering, applicants must submit their applications to the Admissions and Registration Deanship, which sets the admission standards at the university level and imposes its own requirements. The admission process for the College of Engineering involves two stages of selection. In the first stage, applicants must achieve a total score of no less than 80, calculated as follows: Composite Score = 0.3 ラ [High School GPA] + 0.3 ラ [General Aptitude Test] + 0.4 ラ [Academic Achievement Test for Scientific Specializations]


The General Aptitude Test (GAT) is a general aptitude test administered by the National Center for Measurement.


The college may impose additional restrictions on admission, such as setting a cap on the number of students it accepts.


The application period for the College of Engineering opens once a year, not every semester, and the college may adjust this according to its regulations and bylaws. In the second stage, admission to the College of Engineering requires passing the preparatory year, which has curricula designed specifically for engineering students. The required preparatory year GPA for admission to the college must not be less than 3.75 out of 5, and applicants must pass the English language STEP test with a score of 67. Admission to the college does not require passing all courses; however, applicants must pass the mandatory English language, mathematics, and physics courses with a grade of no less than (D). Students can study other courses, such as study skills and computer science, until the first semester in the College of Engineering; they must complete these courses by the first semester, and if a student fails to complete them by the first semester, their registration will be suspended until they are completed.
