Community Service and Continuing Training Center

The Community Service and Continuing Training Center aims to meet the needs and requirements of individuals who work during the day to enable them to continue their education and develop their skills in various fields.

Evening applied program

The evening practical program is structured to fit participants' work or study schedules, and is offered at convenient after-day hours. The program provides an opportunity for individuals to learn new skills, develop their knowledge, and achieve professional advancement in their professional fields.

Payment of training costs

• Electronic payment via the Rayaat system (self-services for trainees)
• Number of hours allowed to be registered during the semester:
  • Minimum continuous: 12 hours
  • Maximum continuous: 24 hours
  • The trainee who is expected to graduate is excluded from the minimum
• Graduate: 24 hours with the approval of the supervisory body
• Cost of training hours:
  • The cost of the approved hour for the diploma: 400 riyals

Steps to pay costs

1. Access the self-services page through the organization’s portal
2. Access to the electronic payment service
3. Add an amount to be monitored in a specific season

The regular period for completing the evening applied program

Completion of graduation requirements within the maximum period of 8 training semesters, and the trainee’s enrollment is closed after that

Notes

• Procedures for disbursing the excellence award take until the end of the eleventh week of the semester following graduation
