Overview

The Human Capital Management (HCM) program is a 4-year Bachelor's Degree that provides students with a general foundation in business administration and specialization in human resource development and management. The program includes courses such as talent management, change management, and training and development, which uniquely focus on developing human capital in the economy.

Admission Requirements

• TOEFL Score: 500
• Required Certificate Percentage: A minimum High-School Percentage of 80%
• Qudurat Test Score: 65%
• Other Admission Requirements: None

• Explain concepts, principles, and practices related to business.
• Identify fundamentals and theories related to human capital management.
• Recognize the role of human capital management in influencing behavior among employees and its impact on the performance of the organization.
