The MBSC Leadership Essentials program focuses on gauging and expanding high-performing managers' natural ability in exploring their own leadership potential, developing their leadership capabilities, and eventually helping their followers/associates become leaders.

Based on a 'near-future' reality, the program equips leaders with frontier-of-knowledge tools and leadership skills through practically applicable scenarios. Muhammad Azam Roomi, Ph.D.

Dr. Muhammad Azam Roomi is an internationally recognized thought leader and capacity building expert in entrepreneurship and leadership development. He has worked with governments, global organizations, and educational institutions to design and deliver programs that empower individuals and transform communities.

Farzad Khan, Ph.D.

Dr. Farzad R. Khan has taught for 25 years at leading universities in Canada, China, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. He is presently a Professor of Strategy at the Prince Mohammad bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship (MBSC).

MBSC Certification

Upon successful completion of the program, Prince Mohammed bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship (MBSC) grants an engagement in the program in its entirety. A verified digital certificate will be emailed to participants in the name used when registering for the program. This certificate program does not grant academic credit or a degree from Prince Mohammed bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship (MBSC).
