Tarek El Masri, Ph.D.

Program Director,
Assistant Professor of Accounting Background Dr. Tarek El Masri holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Olayan School of Business at the American University of Beirut and a PhD in Business Administration (Accountancy) from the John Molson School of Business (JMSB) at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. In recognition of his high scholastic achievement, he was selected for lifetime membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for collegiate schools of business. In 2018, he obtained the Ethical Leadership Certification from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy Center for the Public Trust, USA. More recently in 2023, Dr. El Masri earned the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors.
