The General Associate Diploma in Hajj and Umrah Services Management is a program designed to prepare national cadres qualified to work in Hajj and Umrah services. The program provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage crowds, hospitality, transportation, and operations.
Program Objectives
- Develop specialized competencies in the Hajj and Umrah sector: providing students with in-depth knowledge of systems and procedures for providing services to guests of Rahman with professionalism and high quality.
- Enhance skills in crowd and risk management: qualifying trainees to deal with large gatherings and manage emergency situations during Hajj and Umrah seasons.
- Master quality applications in provided services: enabling students to apply quality standards in providing transportation, hospitality, and catering services to guests of Rahman.
- Professional dealing according to the etiquette and protocol of hospitality: providing students with knowledge and skills of dealing and etiquette with guests of Rahman, according to legal and cultural controls.
- Use modern management techniques in operations: qualifying trainees to use technical systems in organizing transportation, catering, and field operations.
- Acquire virtual field experience: enabling students to implement applied activities remotely that simulate the work environment in Hajj and Umrah institutions.
Admission Requirements
- The applicant must have a Saudi secondary school certificate or its equivalent.
- The applicant's average in general secondary school must be 60% or more.
- The applicant must obtain approval from their workplace if they are employed (for the military sector only).
- The applicant must pay tuition fees on time according to the dates announced on the website of the Deanship of Admissions and Registration.
- There must be available seats in the program according to the decision of the University Council.

The program is presented remotely in the evening by a selection of faculty members holding doctoral, master's, and bachelor's degrees in tourism, hospitality, and event management.
