The Emirates Institute of Finance, in collaboration with Oxford University's Sa’d Business School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), has launched the Future Tech Leaders Programme. This initiative aims to support national talents in the technology sector and enhance the country's position as a global hub for financial and banking innovation.

The Future Tech Leaders Programme is a six-month program that provides 100 nationals with the opportunity to gain experience from two world-renowned institutions in education and training. The program is divided into two phases:

• Phase 1: Oxford University will provide comprehensive training and qualification on the practical applications of technology in the financial sector.
• Phase 2: MIT will offer specialized training tailored to the participants' areas of expertise, enabling them to acquire advanced skills necessary to thrive in the rapidly evolving technology field.
