Course Overview

The Higher National Diploma (HND) in Construction Management course will put students on track to reaching their career goals within the global construction sector. The course has been designed to develop specialist skills and knowledge using a range of projects and assignments with real-life, authentic contexts.


Target Audience

The course targets:


  • School students who could not do well in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Maths) but would like to work in construction/built environment.
  • Students from families who are intending to start their construction business in the UAE.
  • Students who could not complete their Bachelor's/Architecture/any engineering programmes in built environment.
  • Employees in private/public sector in construction field who would like to top-up L6 after finishing HND with GBS Dubai.

Progression Pathways

Many universities have confirmed that they recognize BTEC Higher National qualifications and will consider applications from Higher National students.
