Distinction
This certification program consists of nine modules focusing on organizational leadership, pedagogical leadership, leading change, and childhood neuroscience and language development. The goal is to enhance the leadership capabilities of participants, enabling them to drive educational improvements and effectively lead early childhood education institutions.
Participation Expectations
To successfully complete the program, participants are expected to:
- Attend a minimum of 85% of live sessions.
- Deliver a minimum of 85% of required assignments and portfolios.
- Achieve a minimum of 60% in final marks.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Hold a university degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Be in an active leadership position at a primary school or nursery.
- Be proficient in either Arabic or English language, depending on the language of instruction selected.
- Submit a 500-word personal statement.
