This course focuses on developing verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills for leaders.

• Apply the fundamental skills of Effective Communication to the Digital World and the Future of Work.
• Adapt your communication style to any workplace scenario, considering the method of delivery, personality types and desired outcomes.
• Recognise and overcome any barriers to effective communication including Unconscious Bias.
