Influence and Impact Course

This course aims to explore Influence and Impact through the following topics:

• Gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of influence and their application in shaping attitudes, behaviours, and decisions.
• Use persuasive communication skills, including clear articulation of ideas and active listening, to establish rapport and credibility in various contexts.
• Identify strategies for tailoring messages to diverse audiences and situations, effectively maximising their impact.
• Recognise and resolve common barriers to influence through the development of appropriate strategies.
• Recognise difficult situations, use negotiation methods, and apply effective communication approaches to reach goals and make a significant difference.
• Develop personal impact plans that strategically align goals, actions, and communication strategies to achieve desired results.
