Resilience - Adaptability to Change

This course empowers participants with the mindset and strategies to navigate uncertainty, manage stress, and lead confidently through disruption and change. The course covers:

• Developing a thorough understanding of resilience and wellbeing
• Analysing the relationship between stress and performance
• Using practical tools and guidance to cultivate resilience
• Implementing strategies that enhance overall wellbeing
• Drafting goals strategies for a personalised development plan

The course is designed for mid- to senior-level professionals, team leaders, and project managers navigating change management, transformation, or crisis scenarios. The eligibility criteria include at least 1 year of work experience, with no prior leadership training required. The course is delivered through pre-recorded sessions by expert faculty with real-world leadership and coaching experience.

The course objectives include:
