Program Overview
MBA in Strategic Human Capital
The MBA in Strategic Human Capital is a graduate program designed for individuals who have a strong interest in both business strategy and human resources. Overview
Each term meets for 10 sessions of 4 hours 30 minutes, with 2.10 hours in each session and a 20-minute break in between. The program consists of 30 credit hours and can be completed in 12-15 months. It is offered throughout the year, and students can choose from full-time, part-time, or online study modes.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Regular Admission: Accredited bachelor's degree in Business with a minimum GPA of 3.0, EmSAT 1400, Academic IELTS 6.0, or TOEFL (PBT 550 or IBT 79 or CBT 213)
- Conditional Admission: Accredited bachelor's degree in any field with a GPA of 2.00-2.99, EmSAT 1250, Academic IELTS 5.5, or TOEFL (PBT 530 or IBT 71 or CBT 197)
