The Alternative Perspectives on the Future program is designed to bring together different perspectives, concepts, and methods for approaching the future. It goes beyond conventional approaches to probe deeper beneath the surface and identify assumptions and archetypes hidden from routine analysis.

Objectives

The program aims to:

1. Demonstrate a grasp of alternative ways of understanding, mapping, and influencing the future
2. Raise individual awareness of their own personal development and how it influences their practice

Duration

The program duration is 40 hours.

Targeted Audience

The program is targeted at Government and Private Sector Employees and Management.

Prerequisite

The prerequisite for the program is a Foresight Certificate.

Program Description

Participants in the Alternative Perspectives on the Future program will hone their skills in challenging assumptions and "taken-for-granted" explanations, and increase their ability to not only critique but craft fresh, novel alternative futures.
