Introduction to the Master's Program in Prosthetic Dentistry

The Master's program in Prosthetic Dentistry is a recognized international specialty in clinical dentistry. Program Requirements

The curriculum is designed to enable students to acquire the required skills for a specialist dentist through theoretical and practical aspects, including courses, lectures, seminars, self-study, clinical practice, and laboratory work. The program consists of three elements: learning process, clinical work, and laboratory work. 70% of the program is dedicated to the clinical part, and 30% to research, which includes a short research project that is later developed into a thesis.


Special Admission Requirements

  1. Admission to this program is open to students who have a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from a recognized university with a cumulative GPA of not less than 3 out of 4 or its equivalent. Students with a cumulative GPA between 2.50 and 2.99 may be considered.
  2. Practical experience of not less than one year after graduation.
  3. English language proficiency, with a TOEFL score of 550 (ITP) or its equivalent, or 6 in IELTS.
  4. Passing a personal interview, which may include a written or practical test.

Research Project

The academic courses, Research Methods 1 and 2, prepare trainees for the research project. The college encourages trainees to start working on the research early and supports them through research activities across research project courses (1) to (4), in cooperation with their supervisors. This enables them to have a curious mind and continue practicing evidence-based dentistry. Students must submit a thesis and publish research related to their project.
