Program Overview

The Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of business administration. The program consists of 33 credit hours, including 24 credit hours of core courses and 9 credit hours of elective courses.

Program Objectives

The program aims to:

• Discuss theories and concepts related to various fields of management systems
• Apply technical tools to provide modern solutions to administrative problems
• Demonstrate a comprehensive and holistic understanding of institutions
• Analyze and solve complex administrative problems creatively
• Adapt to unclear administrative situations and manage in a changing environment
• Apply ethical standards while maintaining social responsibility and adopting ethical standards
• Take appropriate initiatives and be self-critical
• Work effectively within a team
• Write effectively using appropriate concepts and research tools
• Review various complex topics effectively and creatively

Program Structure

The program consists of 33 credit hours, including:

• 24 credit hours of core courses
• 9 credit hours of elective courses Students can take 4 courses during the fall and spring semesters and 2 courses during the summer semester.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the program, applicants must:

• Hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a cumulative GPA of at least 3 out of 4
• Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a managerial position (middle or upper management) that allows decision-making and supervision of several employees
• Demonstrate English language proficiency with a TOEFL score of 550 or an IELTS score of 6
• May be required to take some remedial courses if their academic background is not in business administration
