Introduction to Human-Computer Interfaces

The course provides an introduction to and overview of the field of human-computer interaction (HCI). HCI theories, principles, and guidelines will be covered, including HCI design and principles of user interface design. In addition, different types of user interface evaluation techniques will be covered, including expert reviews, predictive models, and usability testing.

• Students will work on a team project to design, implement, and evaluate computer interfaces.
